Was treated royally by staff but some of the doctors I encountered think they special and very arrogant because they went to med school. They lack bedside manner and spoke openly about other patients condition in my presence. Imagine being in preterm labour at 7 months and hearing the doctors dismiss one patient's baby's death as if it was irrelevant

The knowledge is very good there and they do the best they can. long waits or the crowd is due to their government funded charitable activities so even when you are waiting you have the good feeling of participation

During my trips to the Queens Hospital 🏥 Center, I have met some very good medical staffs. Although the waiting time was a bit long, my healthcare providers made me feel comfortable as all in-patients and out-patients should. The Nursing Station Staff was friendly, welcoming, patient and caring. Place is cleaner. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

Cleaner than Jamaica Hospital. Some of the staffs I've met were friendly and knowledgeable of where to guide patients and family members of patients or visitors. This is another main Queens trauma hospital where a lot of people go seek medical aid and ambulance bring patients from all walks of life... Where there's a great volume of services is on demand, the healthcare facility providing these medical aids to a numerous number of inpatients and outpatient, daily, is always obviously overwhelmed and staffs are swamped in loads of work. Patients can't seem to understand that and everybody is frustrated, including the healthcare providers who are humans too. That's where the difference is between hospitals in NYC. So, it's not Long Island Jewish Hospital (LIJ) where the waiting time is much shorter and services tend to be top-notch quality.

Just had my gallbladder out here yesterday. They treated me very well and I'm healing up. I've dealt with them for other stuff - the ER is typical for a busy city one - chaos, but elsewhere the hospital is very good. It's also very clean, and the clinics integrate all financial classes well, so if you are low income you don't feel like you are stuffed in a grungy basement. Still very busy, but in a nice sunny environment.

This place was one of the options that was given to me by the hospital! I didn't know what to expect when my mother first got here. I heard horror stories about places where they treat their patients bad,but not this place. This staff here is friendly and attentive to your every need, and the physical therapy staff is awesome! My mother went from almost no movement on her left side, to walking out of here with just a cane in just 21 days! Sure it will be a long road to recovery but I am just amazed what they have done in 3 weeks time.

I have been to this hospital ER a few times and my experience was always good as far as treatment, The Doctors actually asking me what's wrong and allowing me to say, being involved in the treatment plan knowing what they're doing or about to. My recent visit was due to a sinus infection along with a upper respiratory infection and fever. I have seen some very compassionate and caring Nurses dealing with other patients besides myself. It's a good hospital in my opinion ER wise being i have never been in any other part of the hospital.

After a allergic reaction to something( I still don't know what) I was admitted there for 3days, had unconditional support from staff and caring doctors I must say this was as shock, because I had given birth there 17yrs ago and hated my experience then. Good hospital.

I had to accompany my friend to the ER and what would usually be a nightmare turned out to be not that bad actually. The staff here is great especially Angelica! She was so reassuring and down to Earth. She made the experience easier and a lot quicker. Angelica was really positive which helped ease my friend's mind. I would 100% recommend this hospital. Also The Pavillion is nice, peaceful and very clean.
